About Us

Russell Properties is a private landlord based in Norfolk. We let and manage our own diverse residential property portfolio from our offices just outside Norwich.

Our properties span many of Norfolk’s prime towns and villages from Thornham on the coast to Drayton and Norwich in the centre. Our wide-ranging locations enable us to offer a diverse rental portfolio to include contemporary apartments, flint cottages, imposing farm houses and coastal retreats.

Our portfolio also features particular clusters of properties such as riverside town houses at Old Millers Wharf Norwich, or a row of cottages under refurbishment in Letheringsett, just outside Holt. Our diversity enables us to cater for period property enthusiasts, contemporary admirers, for keen gardeners and those preferring lower maintenance. As well as letting the portfolio, we also provide comprehensive in-house property management. None of our properties are managed by an agent and with our own team of specialist contractors and tradesmen; we are able to deal with maintenance queries promptly and efficiently. Acting as agent for our own portfolio enables us to retain full control of referencing and tenant suitability

We are members of the Residential Landlords Association to keep up to date with ever changing legislation, as well as the Deposit Protection Scheme where tenants’ deposits are securely held.
